When will my order ship?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package has been mailed. Please note that shipping times may vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Occasionally, we offer free shipping promotions, be sure to sign up for our newsletter so you don’t miss them!

What if my candle arrives damaged or defective?

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. While we do not accept returns in this case, we will gladly refund you in full or send a replacement at no extra cost.

Can I return an unused candle?

Yes! If your candle is unused, unburned, and in its original packaging, you may return it within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

Do you accept returns for scent preferences?

Unfortunately, no. Fragrance preferences are personal, and we’re unable to accept returns for this reason. We do, however, provide detailed scent descriptions on each product page to help you choose.

Are your candles non-toxic?

Yes! All of our candles are hand-poured with 100% natural soy wax and clean fragrance oils - meaning no organ toxins, acute toxins, CMRs, phthalates, or anything on the California prop 65 list. They’re designed to be safe, non-toxic, and clean-burning so you can enjoy them with peace of mind.

How should I care for my candle?

• Always trim your wick to ¼ inch before lighting.

• Allow the wax to melt all the way to the edges on the first burn to prevent tunneling.

• Never leave a burning candle unattended.

• Keep out of reach of children, pets, and drafts.

• After burning, you may notice bumpy or uneven tops - this is completely normal for natural soy wax and simply means your candle is free of paraffin and other additives.

How long will my candle burn?

Burn time varies by size, but most of our candles last between 40–60 hours when burned properly
